The firm was founded on July 1, 1986 in Union, Union County, New Jersey as a solo practice by Jeffrey A. Krompier, Esq. (formerly of Francis & Berry) and his wife, Clarice M. Krompier (a paralegal formerly with Ravin, Sarasohn, Cook, Baumgarten, Fisch & Rosen). In his new firm, Mr. Krompier continued to practice predominantly in the fields of medical and dental malpractice defense litigation and also engaged in the practice of commercial and personal injury litigation and transactional law. In September, 1989, the firm relocated to larger quarters in Florham Park, Morris County, New Jersey and the firm's expansion was underway. In March, 2000, the firm doubled the size of its offices when it relocated to 8 Wood Hollow Road, Suite 202, Parsippany, New Jersey which is also located in Morris County.

At present, the firm boasts a legal staff of five attorneys, two paralegals and complete secretarial/clerk support. Over the years, we have expanded our medical and dental malpractice defense practice and have serviced the legal needs, both personal and professional, of health and dental care practitioners. A significant portion of our practice is devoted to trial work in norther and central New Jersey. Additionally, we have handled and do handle appellate matters.
